WordOutput automatically outputs multiple Microsoft Word documents to the selected printer. With virtual PDF printers, such as Adobe PDF, you can automate the creation of PDF files from Word. It also lets you e-mail or fax multiple documents using such virtual printers as PageSender. Just add the Word files to the WordOutput list, adjust the settings, and WordOutput will do the rest for you automatically.
• Add the Word file to the WordOutput list.
Slect files from the system dialog, drag-and-drop from Finder or add all open documents.
• Select a printer and adjust the settings.
You use the same settings familiar to you from Word’s Print dialog.
• Click Print.
WordOutput outputs the documents on its list one after another.
