Qualys is looking for high-energy individuals who want to help build its fast growing network security infrastructure. Deliver documentation and editorial services for our vulnerability management and policy compliance service. Projects include online help, user guides, inline text and testing content. Responsible for dynamic communications with project teams to facilitate projects, reviews and report on progress. This is a contract position, full time and onsite. The candidate will join a small, experienced technical publications team.

Qualifications: Minimum 8 years software industry documentation experience creating content for a variety of user types (end users, network administrators, software developers and integrators). Experience using documentation tools including RoboHelp, Dreamweaver, FrameMaker, Acrobat, Word and Excel. Familiarity and background with complex enterprise software, relational databases and APIs. Familiarity with software security concepts a plus. Experience as a contractor preferred.
