CartLoom, new ecommerce cloud service

July 27th, 2009 · View Comments · How To

CartLoom lets web merchants sell digital goods through their websites. CartLoom integrates itself into your site by adding html code snippets that connect you with online payment providers such as AuthorizeNet, PayPoint and PayPal.

It supports:

  1. Product management
  2. Inventory controls
  3. Tax
  4. Shipping
  5. Digital distribution

This web-based service means that web designers or sellers don’t have to worry about the installation, maintenance and security issues generally associated with managing a traditional shopping cart script on their own site.

Pricing
CartLoom is free during the public beta period which will last until December 31, 2009.

The final product will be available in January 2010 at a monthly rate of $9.95.
