Some Blogger users had trouble publishing posts on their FTP-hosted blogs. Google are looking into this now and will post an update once they have more info.

Update:
Google identified the root cause and expect a fix to be implemented asap.
As of Saturday morning, some users are reporting ongoing FTP-related issues.
“We are aware of these reports and are actively trying to isolate and correct them. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.”
