In his newsletter, he asks should your website have concise or in-depth content?
The answer is that:
a) If you want many readers, focus on short content. This is ideal for advertising-driven sites or sites that sell impulse buys.
b) If you want people who need a solution, offer comprehensive coverage. This is more suitable for solutions to complicated problems.
He recommends writing articles instead of blog postings as people who “really need something are the highest-value users because they’re more likely to turn into paying customers.”
