When you try to install Adobe RoboHelp 6, you might get this error message “…you already have a more functional product installed”. This occurs during the Acrobat Elements portion of setup.
What’s happening here?
The Acrobat Elements installer has detected that you have a higher version or more functional version of Acrobat already installed on the computer.
How to fix it?
Use a newer version of Acrobat Elements instead of the Acrobat Elements that was provided by RoboHelp 6.
You can skip installing Acrobat Elements by removing the check mark next to it during the installation process.

Background information
If the Acrobat Professional installer detects that you have another version of Acrobat installed, it returns the message, “…you already have a more functional product installed.” If you remove Acrobat Standard before you install Acrobat Professional, you will no longer receive the message.
