Instead, look for ways to substitute this negative response.

How about, it’s a pleasure, delighted to help, or you’re welcome.

See the difference?

Saying no problem is a reflex. It’s a habit that’s been tattooed into our daily interactions.

Look for ways to nip these in the bud and then weed them out.

Another is have a nice day. But let’s leave that for now.
